ნინოწმინდის მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს თავმჯდომარის მოადგილე, დაიბადა 1969 წლის 8 მარტს ბოგდანოვკის რაიონის სოფ. ფოკაში. განათლება უმაღლესი. 1992 წელს დაამთავრა ერევნის სოფლის მეურნეობის ინსტიტუტი, აგრონომის სპეციალობით. 2006 წლიდან 2010 წლამდე მუშაობდა ნინოწმინდის მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს სოციალურ საკითხთა და ინფრასტრუქტურის კომისიის თავმჯდომარედ. 2010 წლის 17 ივნისიდან არჩეული იყო ნინოწმინდის მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს თავმჯდომარის მოადგილედ.  2013 წლის მაისს არჩეულ იქნა ნინოწმინდის მუნიციპალიტეტი საკრებულის თავმჯდომარედ. ჰყავს მეუღლე და სამი შვილი.
