ficial representatives of Russia will not take part in the Georgian President’s inauguration,
As the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told "Itar-Tass", reason is the absence of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
"We are watching the first statements of the Georgian President with interest. His views about normalization of Georgian-Russian relations seem constructive and sometimes coincide with our opinions, " – Karasin stated.
According to him, Moscow is ready to continue the informal dialogue, which was launched two years ago with Georgian PM’s Special Representative Zurab Abashidze.
