November 18 is the deadlock for publishing elections results by the Central Election Commission (CEC).
As per the election legislation, the CEC must adopt a summary protocol of the final results no later than 19 days from the second round of elections.
As for the first session of the newly elected Parliament, it must be held before November 19 – no later than 20 days from the adoption of a summary protocol of the final results.
The first meeting will be appointed and opened by the President.
Parliament Chairman, Vice-Speakers and Committee Chairmen will be elected at the first session.
