Davit Bakradze, one of the leaders of the National Movement, has addressed citizens ahead of the second round of elections. As he stated at a press conference today, tomorrow's voting will determine whether there will be one-party ruling in Georgia for the next 4 years.
"Tomorrows’ elections will determine not the fate of majoritarian MPs but whether there will be one-party and one-person ruling in Georgia for the next 4 years. To avoid this danger, the National Movement decided to get involved in the fight in the second round.
We know that it is a very unequal fight, where the government uses all its resources. But we are hopeful of the Georgian society”, said Bakradze.
He also called on those who had complaints against the National Movement ruling.
“You might have complaints, sometimes fair ones, against the National Movement in the past, but our future is more important than any difference. We should stay together today and avoid one-party ruling in this country”, he said.
