We want constitutional majority to fulfill our promise, - Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili said at today's governmental meeting.

According to him, unhealthy speculations arose about the issue of constitutional majority.

"Georgian Dream received absolute majority, which is, above all, a huge responsibility for us before our country, our voters. Therefore, it is absolutely unhealthy speculation that it is a disaster for the country.

We had a precedent in the past, when the constitution was tailored to one person or one political force, which led to the usurpation of power, but we want constitutional majority to fulfill our promise. We have a very dynamic and ambitious plan for the fulfillment of the promises, which we will necessarily implement”, said the PM and expressed hope that the Georgian Dream would get constitutional majority as a result of the second round of elections.
