A second round of elections will be held if first-past-the-post candidates do not get more than 50% of support in the first round.
According to the Election Code, if a second round is appointed, it must be held within 25 days after the first round.
Two candidates, who show best results in the first round, will take part in the second round. The one who gets more votes in the second round will become a winner. If they get equal votes, another election will be held.
