დაიბადა 1973 წლის 8 თებერვალს ქ. მცხეთაში;

1990 წელს დაამთავრა ქ. მცხეთის N1 საშუალო სკოლა;

1995 წელს დაამთავრა ქ. გორის სახელმწიფო სასწავლო უნივერსიტეტი ფინანსებისა და კრედიტების სპეციალობით;

1991-1992 წლებში მუშაობდა ქ. მცხეთის საგადასახადო ინსპექციაში;

1992 წლიდან დაკავებულია ბიზნესით: არის სასტუმრო "სიღნაღის" (შპს "სტარი") დირექტორი და ერთ-ერთი დამფუძნებელი (ფლობს საკუთარ წილს), შპს "ექსპედიტორის", სასტუმრო "მცხეთა-პალასისა" და შპს "კალა უბნის" ერთ-ერთი დამფუძნებელი (ფლობს საკუთარ წილებს);

ფლობს თურქულ და რუსულ ენებს;

ჰყავს მეუღლე და სამი ქალიშვილი.
