ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს დადგენილება #1 9 ნოემბერი 2006 წელი ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს დებულების (რეგლამენტის) დამტკიცების შესახებ

 

`ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის შესახებ~ საქართველოს ორგანული კანონის 22-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის `ი~ ქვეპუნქტის შესაბამისად ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულო ა დ გ ე ნ ს: 1.    დამტკიცდეს ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს თანდართული დებულება (რეგლამენტი). 2.    ეს დადგენილება ძალაშია `ნორმატიული აქტების შესახებ~ საქართველოს კანონის შესაბამისად. ანატოლ ლემონჯავა ჩხოროწყუს მუნიციპალიტეტის საკრებულოს თავმჯდომარე
