Miqeladze was born on January 7, 1951 (Christmas Day) in Batumi. He graduated from Batumi high school # 8, after the Odessa Institute of Naval Engineers and postgraduate studies. Worked in a boat factory as foreman, technologists, constructors, partier’s secretary, chief engineer and director. Was the chief of Batumi port.
Currently engaged in entrepreneurial activities. He has a wife, two daughters and a 13 -year-old grandson.
Father - Miqeladze Mememd Economist (commodity), died in 1966.
Mother – Nazi Ghlonti, a housewife, raising four children (two female, two sons), died in 2004.
